The delivery times specified by Enomis Felt Art are only indicative. Late delivery does not entitle you to compensation or the right to cancel your order or to terminate the contract, unless the transfer of the delivery is such that you can not reasonably be expected to leave the contract. You then have the right to cancel the order or, if necessary, to terminate the agreement. Responsibility for delivery is focused on errors that are completely shipped by the buyer and may incur additional costs. In case of non-delivery of the goods, any amount paid by the Buyer will be refunded without interest or other compensation.
Since our items are made exclusively by hand, our delivery period can be up to a few weeks. Items from stock can be delivered 2 to 5 working days, depending on the destination this can take a little longer.
If your order consists of several pieces, we will send it in one package. This can mean that the delivery time of the articles depends on the piece to be made, and will therefore take up to a few weeks. We try to keep the delivery time as short as possible and you can always contact us about the status of your shipment.
Check immediately after receiving the article if it is undamaged and completely delivered. If this is not the case, we kindly request you to contact us as soon as possible to report this.
Complaints must be submitted in writing to Enomis Vilt Art via email@example.com. In case of a complaint due to non-conforming delivery, within seven (7) days after order. – In case of hidden defects, seven (7) days after discovery of the defect. In this written communication you must define the damage and show it by means of a photo.
The guarantee of Enomis Vilt Art is limited to the warranty for hidden defects and the warranty with regard to consumer purchases, as stipulated in the Dutch Civil Code. Enomis Vilt Art is only liable for damage caused by gross negligence or intent. Enomis Vilt Art is not liable for any indirect damage of any kind, possibly suffered by the Buyer.
The consumer has the right to inform the company that he ceases the purchase without penalty and without giving reasons within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the goods or the conclusion of the service agreement. If the consumer invokes this right, he must return the goods in their original condition and packaging to Enomis Vilt Victor Nelisstraat 24, 2900 Schoten, Belgium, at their own risk and expense. We therefore recommend that you do this with an insured shipment so that your package is insured for loss. Each declaration must be registered with firstname.lastname@example.org. Non-return shipments are not accepted. The costs of the return shipment are at the expense of the buyer.
Only undamaged products that reach us in the original packaging and in unchanged, original, normal condition as shipped, are eligible for reimbursement. If the products do not reach us in this state, we can not claim the right to a refund. In that case you will be notified by e-mail and you can leave for shipping costs to return your products.
Customized products for you (the customer) can never be exchanged or refunded.

Enomis Vilt Art can not be held liable for delays in the execution or non-execution of our obligations due to events beyond the control of Enomis Vilt Art. Included herein are:
defects or shortages of raw materials, interruption or permanent suspension of production, strikes, exclusions, any other kind of work interruption or collective labor disputes, energy or transport or delays in transport, which Enomis Vilt Art and / or suppliers of Enomis Felt Art touch, even if these events are foreseen. It does not take immediate action against negligence on the part of the Buyer, can in all circumstances be regarded as a statement by Enomis Vilt Art to later rely on this shortcoming.
Placing an order on the site of Enomis Vilt Art means that the Buyer officially agrees to the processing of his personal data for administrative purposes, ie: management of the customer base, orders, invoices and deliveries and monitoring of the financial solvency. . The processing of personal data for promotional, personalized advertisements and / or other marketing related purposes will only take place if the buyer explicitly agrees with the ordering process. All agreements with Enomis Vilt Art are governed by Belgian law. All disputes will only be submitted to the competent court in Belgium.
